They've provided Marjorie with an A.I. caretaker & companion who takes the form of her deceased husband Walter, back when he was a handsome young man. What proceeds is a mesmerizing, heart-rending, and often funny exploration of the pliability of human memory, the influence of technology, the process of grieving, and the subconscious need to rewrite our own legacies.
